Requirements

• D3/S1 degree in computer Information from a reputable university with min GPA of 3.00
• Age 24 - 28 years old
• Having working experience in Human Resources Department, preferavly those have joined EPC Company
• Well understanding about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance apparsial and human resource information system (HRMS)
• Able to work independently and systematicaly
• Has good soft skills with good ability to eploy personal-relationships working with related parties/departments
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Mature, analytical, and decisive
• Sincere, and must have passion to learn
