Management Development Program ( MDP )
- Minimal S1 Degree (all majors) with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
- Male / Female, age maximum 26 years
- Fresh graduate / have a maximum of 1 year working experience in banking and a maximum of 2 years in other industries
- Actively take part in the organization
- Having analytical skills, good interpersonality and communication skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
